We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to provide clear, fair guidelines for refund requests. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website at organicorganic.world or directly through our team via email or phone.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario and Canada. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
Please note that our Services provide general educational information about posture awareness and movement habits. Refunds are not issued based on physical outcomes or personal satisfaction with educational results, as individual experiences vary and we make no promises regarding specific results.
2. Educational Programs and Challenges
Our structured educational programs, including the Foundation Week, Workspace Reset, and Movement Integration challenges, are subject to the following refund terms:
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the program content
- Program cancellation by Organicorganic due to scheduling conflicts or service unavailability
- Technical issues preventing access to program materials that we are unable to resolve within five (5) business days
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase where you have accessed between twenty-five and fifty percent (25–50%) of program content may receive a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of the purchase price
- Documented extenuating circumstances such as serious illness or relocation, reviewed at our discretion
2.3 No Refund Conditions
- Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after purchase
- Programs where more than fifty percent (50%) of content has been accessed or downloaded
- Completed programs where all materials have been delivered and the program duration has elapsed
3. Consulting and Guidance Sessions
One-on-one consulting sessions focused on posture awareness, workspace ergonomics, and daily movement habits are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms:
- Cancellation more than forty-eight (48) hours before scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling at your choice
- Cancellation between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before session: Fifty percent (50%) refund or one free rescheduling within thirty (30) days
- Cancellation less than twenty-four (24) hours before session: No refund; rescheduling available for a CAD $25 administrative fee
- No-show without prior notice: No refund; session is considered delivered
- Session cancelled by Organicorganic: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling, at your preference
Consulting session packages purchased as bundles follow the per-session cancellation terms above. Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if the refund request is made within fourteen (14) days of package purchase and no sessions have been completed.
4. Digital Educational Products
Digital products including guides, checklists, workbooks, and reference materials are subject to the following terms:
- Before Download: Full refund available within fourteen (14) days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed
- After Download: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed. Exceptions may be made for products with documented technical defects that prevent proper use
- Bundle Purchases: If a bundle contains both accessed and unaccessed products, a partial refund may be calculated based on the individual pricing of unaccessed items
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased digital product, contact us at touch@organicorganic.world within five (5) business days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue before processing any refund request.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
The following items and situations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Free resources, trial content, or complimentary materials provided at no charge
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers not directly affiliated with Organicorganic
- Services fully rendered, including completed consulting sessions and finished program durations
- Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with educational outcomes, as results vary by individual and we make no guarantees of specific results
- Promotional or discounted purchases marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Gift purchases after the gift recipient has accessed the service or product
- Administrative fees, payment processing fees, or currency conversion charges
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send an email to touch@organicorganic.world with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number or Program Name]"
- Step 2: Include your full name, email address used for purchase, date of purchase, and order confirmation number if available
- Step 3: Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Allow up to five (5) business days for our team to review your request and respond with a decision

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit or Debit Card: Five to ten (5–10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- PayPal or Digital Wallets: Three to five (3–5) business days
- Bank Transfer: Seven to fourteen (7–14) business days
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed on our end. If you do not see the refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us again.
8. Subscription and Recurring Payment Cancellation
If we offer subscription-based access to educational content or ongoing consulting packages in the future, the following cancellation terms will apply:
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase may be eligible for a pro-rata refund minus any sessions or content accessed
- We will provide at least fourteen (14) days notice before any changes to subscription pricing
9. Consumer Protection Rights
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws, including the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario. If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive, including a fourteen-day cooling-off period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for digital content that has been accessed with your prior express consent.
